My Coaching Programmes
Coaching packages offer a real structured approach to reaching your goals. Whether that’s reducing stress and anxiety or building self confidence a package allows you to see results more quickly. Packages are generally over 8-10 weeks depending on the package with twice monthly in person sessions or calls and twice monthly email check ins and exercises. Coaching packages offer support between sessions to ensure if your facing any difficulties or problems these can be addressed as well as allowing accountability to take place to ensure your reaching where you want to be.
Coaching has helped my clients with motherhood struggles, relationship issues, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks and so many other life balance issues.
Coaching has also helped me reach incredible goals such as publishing my book despite rejections and working out what’s truly important in my life.
