A weekly in person session. This is the start of a 5 week block. This class is suitable for everyone. The classes will give you the tools to create space, reduce stress and give you an opportunity to relax and leave feeling positive. Each class will look at different styles of meditation and how you can incorporate mindfulness and meditation into your everyday lives. Classes involve teacher led discussion on awareness and experience. Love Susi x
