How the Course is delivered. The course is delivered via a private facebook group with weekly facebook live sessions and once weekly zoom session. So two live meditation classes weekly for teh full 5 weeks. You will be given helpful information, exercises to try at home and support. I will be there to answer any questions you may have. The class times will vary and all classes are recorded so you can choose when you wish to watch them. Once you book your course you will recieve details as to how to join in.
