In this episode we hear how former nurse Pammy gave up her career of over 18 years. After experiencing overwhelm and anxiety post maternity leave, Pammy dove into mindfulness, yoga and meditation to support her as a new mother and a nurse during the pandemic.
Pammy then experienced illness and decided that she needed to slow down and prioritise health and wellbeing for herself and family. This led her to train in mindfulness and she now supports others with their wellbeing.

I am Pammy a Mindfulness and meditation teacher, I create the space for women to rediscover themselves, to reconnect to parts of who they are that sometimes gets lost in motherhood. I specialise in breath work and EFT to help regulate the nervous system when we are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and stress. My background is nursing and I am a mummy to 4 year old twins.
