Stage One: Vibe
Vibe is a the first part of the journey. A journey to increasing high vibe emotions, building energy and reducing negativity in your life.
This is about building a strong foundation for you to rise and align from.
You can expect incredible tested practices to build your emotional resilience. Fun and beautiful sacred rituals and routines to add to your life to build that inner spark and ignite a higher vibrational life. Move you from low vibe emotions to a life that feels lighter, more meaningful and aligned. Teachings on all things creating a high vibe life and changing your emotions on a cellular level.
Working with the Law of Attraction, Emotions and Energy.
Stage Two: Connect
Once you have built your vibration we then move on to mastering the connection to your authentic and intuitive self.
Connect will support you in developing your own internal voice. We spend the next part of the journey learning tools to connect you to intuition, source and build your ability to hear your inner guidance.
You will learn spiritual divination tools, work with natures cycles, create sacred space in your life, learn to use oracle cards, pendulums, decipher symbols, symbolism and angel numbers, work with crystals, essential oils, meditation and learn how to connect with source guidance.
You will learn how to ask for support and hear and trust, loud and clear the messages your receive.
Stage Three: Purpose
We then build with a sacred deep dive to self. To connecting to your own unique blueprint of life. Practices, rituals and sacred circles and conversations to guide you towards your dharma, purpose and most aligned life.
This immersive journey will allow you to connect you to your divine purpose and to living a meaningful and aligned life.

"I decided to join Susi’s group coaching programme. And I must admit initially I was a little nervous. I am a widow in my 70’s, live on my own and often miss company and connection.
