About Nicola: I’m Nicola. I live in the North East of Scotland in my country hideaway, surrounded by Nature, Trees and I am blessed to have a stream in my garden. I live with my fiancé, Will and my recently adopted 14 year old cat Cherie. I have a (soon to be) step son, Liam who is just turning 15. I am a Life & Wellness Coach as well as an inspiring nature enthusiast, Reiki healer, Aromatouch therapist and all-round wellness advocate with a passion for personal development and the planet. I help women let go of who they think they ‘should’ be, step into who they really are and thrive.
Stripping back the layers of conditioning, mindset and unhelpful beliefs and habits. To know they are enough, to stop worrying what others think and let go of judgment and comparison. I also help women connect to the beautiful, magnificent, powerful healing energy of Nature with my Wellness, Mindful group walks. My story is pleasing & perfectionism which left me feeling permanently stressed and anxious. My passion is to help as many women as possible to start now and not take the long route that I did.
