Self Sabotage: What, Why and How To Change
Is self-sabotage showing up in your life. Affecting your relationships, health or stopping you from getting where you want to be? The cycle of self sabotage is a seriously frustrating one. In this podcast episode I look to share what it is, why we do it and how to overcome it. I hope it supports you. Heres some coaching questions to work through: take a moment and think about something you would like to achieve, change or do? What is the reason you aren’t doing it? Is there a pattern? Do you keep doing something and getting stuck in the cycle. Weight loss is a great example, you start, your excited you say change, then boom you decide I’m going to eta the burger, drink the wine, skip the gym and then your back in the cycle again. Next time this happens what thought, or action can you do to break that pattern? How do you feel when you self sabotage? How will you feel if you reach that goal? How can you connect to this vision more fully. How can you reframe this outcome as easy.
